Julien shares his passion for the piano through private lessons, workshops and various educational formats currently under development.

 

He currently gives piano lessons at home and via video call, and is preparing a method as well as learning packages adapted to all levels.

 

Specializing in blues, jazz, and New Orleans piano, he trained at the source in New Orleans and New York with pianists such as Aaron Goldberg, George Cables, Jay Bianchi, and Junior Mance. He also studied at the Bill Evans Piano Academy in Paris.

 

His approach emphasizes the fundamentals: rhythm, harmony, and improvisation. The goal is to quickly equip students with the tools to enjoy playing and build a practice routine tailored to their objectives.
